Dr. Poindexter's office staff is very professional and friendly. I get quick service and every procedure is explained and that is important to me, since I am fearful of the dentist.
I found this dentist via zocdoc.com and it was one of the best decisions I've made. It's hard to find a good dentist or doctor that you like and are comfortable with and Dr. Poindexter and her staff were extremely courteous, professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Pointdexter always makes me feel comfortable and patiently answers my many questions with a smile on her face. The receptionist is super sweet and professional.
I have always had a good experience when coming to Ryerson Smiles. They are very professional, you don't have to wait long after you arrive, and I always look forward to my bag of goodies at the end of my cleaning. Both Dr. Poindexter and Aaron (I'm unsure of his last name) are very friendly and are very good at explaining anything that needs to be worked on or if their are any problems. My most recent visit to Ryerson Smiles started with a new specialist, Aaron, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel very at ease. He started with a technique I'd never experienced before: checking glands in my head and neck for any signs of swelling that could lead to diabetes or other diseases. So cool! Already I was experiencing way more service than I'd expect from the dentists office. He gave me a world class cleaning and told that me that I was brushing too hard.
