I have been extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism of Ryerson Smiles for over 5 years.
Broke my tooth and was in the dentist chair within 30 mins of calling. Excellent care and response.
Everything went well. I wasn't in agony when the work was being done, so that was great! the only thing was my appoint ment was at 6pm and I wasn't seen until 7:30pm. Other than that, the appointment was SPECTACULAR!
Tiffany did a great job. Very gentle, even with the numbing shots. And she was very friendly, explained everything and answered all my questions (which are always many). Can't wait for her to clean the other side of my mouth!!!
I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that I've had at Ryerson. Not only is the staff professional, but are really friendly, which made me feel extremely comfortable.
I've never had dental problems but after three years of not going to a dentist, I knew it was time for a check-up. Dr. Poindexter found 8 cavities, one of which needed a root canal. Needless to say, I was pretty freaked out since I've never even had a cavity. But she and her staff were very reassuring and made the whole process practically painless. She's very personable and funny, which I found calming. My only complaint is how expensive the treatments are...my insurance barely covered half.
I am one of those people who has always kind of hated going to the dentist. But that changed when I moved to Ft. Greene and started going to see Dr. Poindexter. She and her staff are always friendly, funny, and professional. It's strange to say it....but I kind of enjoy going to the dentist now. :)
Good work on every visit. I highly recommend this dental center. Staff are professionally inclined and courteous.
Had a very enjoyable experience! The ambiance was very friendly and relaxing.
