Dr. Pointdexter makes sure that your experience at the dentist is fun, comfortable and safe. She was very responsive to anything I needed and she made sure to keep me entertained and distracted while getting a few teeth filled. She has a gentle and thorough method, which was was very reassuring when I needed to get some work done. Her office is accommodating to you if you are in need of a payment plan or a full clear explanation of your bill or treatment. Her office is up to date with technology and equipment.
The visit was great. There was no waiting time, which is unheard of at doctors offices. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My son and I did not feel rushed. My hygenist was friendly and informative. The Dr. took her time in answering any question I had. Great visit. 😊
I love love love Ryerson Smiles. The staff is so enthusiastic and funny, you will be cracking up your entire visit. Dr. P is so laid back and so friendly. I love it so much that even if I moved to another country I would continue to visit Dr. P for all of my dental needs!!!!! Love it!
Dr.pointdexter is a pro at what she does. The atmosphere is inviting and fun and encouraging to revisit. Money well spent.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are on time and you are greeted by name. the quality is satisfactory , good service is a guarantee.
The dental hygenist was a little rough during the cleaning process on my last two visits. Also as a suggestion, please use protective eyewear (i.e. safety goggles) on the patients. It will protect the patients from spatter and debris, generated during dental procedures.
I've lived in a lot of different states and had a lot of different dentists, but I think this has been the best. Haven't had an extensive work done, but first time I had a cavity filled she gave me a second shot of novicane just to make sure it was totally numb.
My visit today was very enjoyable and pleasant! I was seen right upon my arrival. Dr. Poindexter is a very gentle and patience dentist. Her and her staff put you at ease which makes your visit enjoyable. The addition of TV when you are in the chair is relaxing. Asking for your preference of a channel lets you know that you and your comfort is very important to them. Thank you!
