There are a little bit more expensive, but on the other side, they mostly take the control at the outside of your house, so you donâ t get the Kritters inside. The products they spray are pet friendly and biological. I hired the company 3 years ago for bed bugs and they did an awesome job. And after there where done, I never seen a bed bug again. I have a sleep number bed, and there products are biological, no nasty smell and no harm for pets. You donâ t have to leave your home for hours . After that was done , I kept them. ... read more

Long time Edge customer. Never had a problem with the service but I've never been blown away, either. We've recently had an influx of ants so called Edge out for a free "reservice". We got paired up with Bobby, he killed it (literally). He was super thorough and went around the whole outside of the house until he found a few colonies. I was considering cancelling our service and just spraying myself. Nope... staying with Edge.

We initially hired Edge for general pest control at our house and during their sales pitch we were told that they would have no problem getting rid of the ants and spiders around our house to include all of our flowers and landscaping (which is extensive). After we signed the contract they immediately changed their policy to exclude the landscaping and flowers. I could only get these areas treated if I asked for it during each visit and showed the service tech the original agreement and the flyer their sales rep used to high... read more
Despicable customer service. As a returning customer, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of an account manager. Or really anyone past the secretary. Calling twice a day for over two weeks, hours on hold. Left contact information several times and no one returns calls. The secretary said that she emailed that department and someone should get a hold of me. Still nothing.
This company came out to my house and informed me I would need a different package for my pest which would cost a extra $300 on top of the $100 I paid only because I asked all the right questions otherwise I would not had known this until the second visit and charge after finding that out I was okay and willing to move forward and upgrade my package the date that it was scheduled for has yet to come but somehow I was charged for the additional service I have not even signed for or applied for nor have I received this additio... read more
