They came to my house on a weekend right away. The ants are gone. I absolutely HATE the two year subscription. Once it's over, I will never be a repeat customer.

Extremely overpriced to have someone come walk around the exterior once a month. The technician didn't even bring his own ladder. He also tracked dirt into the house. I tried to cancel but they want to charge me over $1,000 to stop services. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

So far so good. They told me more about an ant issue I've had for several years than either of the other two major exterminators I have previously used (who did not get rid of the issue). I have high hopes Egde can exterminate this issue!

I told the guys that we had rats in our downspouts, and the neighbors has just evicted a bunch of rats. I figured someone would go under our house and really check things out. With flashlight in hand he knelt down and just looked around. Then set 5 traps around the outside of the house. Now we wait 5 weeks and see. We still hear rats in the downspout.
