Owner of business responded and set up an appointment for an inspection the same day, a Saturday afternoon. He showed up and was very thorough and professional.

Provided free estimate from Allister. He was on time, friendly, and did a through inspection of the house. Then then spent ample time with me ensuring I understand the services he offered and what to be expected. I would recommend him to anyone for service needed.

I hired this company to help with bees, wasps, spiders and ants. They came to my home maybe 3 or 4 times and the last few visits have been horrible. The service guys did not do a good job or service an area that we've asked to be done several times. I called to cancel my service and received the worst customer service. I was told I would have to pay for the remainder services left if I canceled but that was never disclosed at the time of signing up since you only pay when the service is done and not in advanced.
