Weeks after my quarterly service, we saw ants appearing again. I called and requested another visit, which they gladly scheduled with no questions asked.
They treated my whole acre of property for ants, bees, wasp, mice, etc
I had a recurring problem with Cockroaches, and Edge expertly went deeper into the problem, to find out which specific cockroach it was. After this, they adapted their approach, and I haven't seen one since! Great at everything they do!

Edge corporate office challenged my contract that stated mole control, stating they do not do moles in Washington, even though my service had started. I just wanted to talk with my local tech, but they would not provide a phone number when asked. After several attempts, I became so frustrated I cancelled the contract. The technician at Edge came by to pick up his bait boxes. Very, very nice guy who was surprised about the way corporate in Utah treated me. Today, I hired Sentinel instead.
Got a call and gave an estimate. 2 minutes later got a call back with a better price, ok good. The next day I called to confirm something and was told estimate was wrong and the price went up, not good. Also, the rep could not tell me if they would inspect underneath the house. That would be up to the service tech.

Wouldn't perform a single service even though I told them I was selling the home within a month. I was told that they could only offer a subscription and that I could transfer the contract to the buyer
