IF you can go with someone else do it. They will tie you end to a very long contract for any issue. I initially had them out for a bee problem. It was not solved the first visit, but they happily took my $100. They told me they will take a while to go away. They did not. I had bees flying around the house for another week. I called them back and they sent someone out who instantly killed all of the bees. (Could had should have been done the first time.) Do not provide the service they state.
No high pressure sales or add ons. They do what you hired them for, ask if you needed any help with anything else, provide great customer service, and press on. They have good communication by calling you prior to a visit as well as email. I only wish they did the same to remind you to confirm a recurring appointment on their online customer portal.
I would Recommend to friends and hide from enemies
Nothing
Despite if no one is home when they come, they still give you, the customer, a call and know and understand what still needs done and do it to the beat of their ability. It happened to me and I was not home and yet they knew what I needed done.
My tech wrote detailed notes of all the work. Thanks to him refilling my rat bate traps we caught a rat in our basement!
They got rid of our rat problem and there were no remains for us to deal with.

They are very Thorough, they took down all the spiders webs, sprayed the outside parameters, including the fence line
