I hired Orkin and thank goodness for cameras, because the Orkin guy did not do his job. I talked to Edge, and they showed up, and thoroughly sprayed for carpet beetles infestation. Then the next guy that came did a thorough job as well, then the last guy did the same. All nice people who know their job, and they no how to handle customers who are freaking out about these bugs. The company always sends an email to tell me when treatment is due and if the day is convenient. On the day, the technician calls to let me know when he/she will be there. We used to have a real problem with mosquitos, but not anymore.

This company does not have any experience in Rodent Service. I had them for rodent services since I had rats in my house. I hired this company 5 months ago and I still have rats in my house. They could not do anything yet. They do not have any expertise in rodent services and I do not recommend them for rodent services!

Qtarterly ant control. they call ahead of time all work outside unless invited inside.
They set a time schedule to come to the house and they are always wanting to come early. Today they were scheduled to come out between 4 and 8pm because I had to work. They came out at 11:00am. I got no phone call like they are supposed to do before they come out. They claim they completed the service but how could they when I was not here to let them in.
