During first call, they gave a very hard sell to sign up for a long contract. I felt pressured into signing it. Poor service once they did come out. Gave me a fight when I called to cancel the contract in the 3-day window to cancel.

the individual I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. But the technicians that were sent to the house were unprepared to work and provided poor service. They turned in invoices saying they had provided service when in fact they had not. I was very disappointed.

Were on time and did what they said they would do.
They force you unknowingly into a 1 year+ contract and up sell everything in the office before you get the actual service. They don't answer questions and act flexible until they send the technician to your house and the poor technician delivers the bad news about cost and contract. Don't know if the product works yet but I know I will never hire them again due to their shady business practices! GOOGLE THEM, It's not good!
The name of the guy was Jim, he was very kind and polite, I haven't seen the results yet but I was glad they came within the time frame they said they will come, checked inside and outside of my house, sprayed some chemicals and set some traps, explained things and Benjamin responded to my emails quickly which is very nice...they didn't come to my house without prior appointment (someone did and I wasn't home I didn't even talked to them yet) I just wished their contract (1 year) is not made that way coz if forces you to pay... read more

I signed a contract for 5 services back in July 2012 where they will do one service every 3 months. First of all, eventhough your contract is only for 5 services, after all services are completed the contract will continue unless you call in. When you call in, they can?t cancel your account immediately either. Their supervisor will call you a day or two later to cancel. For me, the problem happened after the cancellation. We hired this pro for a Yellow Jacket problem and went ahead and signed up with there 1 year contract to get read of them. We were told the Yellow Jackets would die off in a few days. Well Come to find out we only had 3 days to cancel their contract and we were told to give it several days which went past their 3 day deadline. The technician who performed the treatment arrived in a professional uniform, identified himself and discussed how he wiould address our pest issues. We are now on a quartly treatment plan so only time will tell if the Vols are erradicated and other pests are addressed.
