Edge had great customer service on the phone while scheduling them. They were able to come to my home the next day to address the problem and arrived within the time frame they said they would. They took care of the problem with the first visit. However, I am upset that I had to agree to a contract for a year, when the problem has been taken care of with one visit. I now have to pay $89 for 12 follow-up services to check the mouse traps every 5 weeks. Not worth it. I guess if I truly had an infestation rather than the minima... read more

The tech that came to our home needs more training. We pretty much did his job for him. We called the company and where able to get out of the year long contract we had agreed to.

I called this company specifically because they were open on Saturday and I wanted a mouse issue taken care of. I called them before noon and they said they would be by between 1 and 5pm. I changed plans I had for the day so I could be home. While I was on the phone with them, they also told me they would include spraying for spiders. Anyway, I did not hear anything by 4pm so I called to ask if anyone was coming. What out for the sales contracts. Edge Pest Control is highly trained and effective in their sales, advertising, and presentation. This is generally a good thing for a business, but they abuse this talent and trick people into long contracts. There is nothing they invest into your home that justifies a contract, this practice is dialed in purely to maximize profits and prevent unhappy customers from trying other competitors.
