worst customer service.. will deny that you cancelled the service and then after paying for a service you didnt want they will still send you to collections.. rather than paying them I am fighting it and letting evryone know about this place.. avoid at all costs

Dustin came out for our first treatment of a very large infestation of box elder bugs (says it's the largest he's ever seen). He answered all my questions about toxicity, treatments, timeframes, etc. My only concern is that when I spent a very long time on the phone with Austin, he told me only about the 1 type of chemical they use and didn't even mention that a different one would be used if rain was pending. This group knew our problem, but failed to tell us they did not treat that problem before signing us up for yearly coverage and coming out for inspection. Could have saved themselves and us a lot of time by being honest in the first place.

This company says whatever they need to say to get your service but the minute you have a problem and you are dissatisfied with their service they can find 1 million reasons not to show up and not come back out and re-service your home. When I initially signed up I got a same-day service on a Saturday at 7 o'clock in the morning now less than seven days later that I need to be reserviced again now no one's available!! Hired Edge Pest Control to handle a vole problem. When selling their service they assured me that four services over the course of one year would take care of the problem. After three services the problem is worse than ever. When I called to cancel they informed me I was still under contract for one more service, that they do not offer a guarantee and that it is common for the problem to persist despite their services. Funny how they didn't mention that when selling the service.
They call to let me know that they where on there way and what time they were going to be there and he was on time .
