We had spiders all over our house and they were able to get me scheduled in less than a day. Pricing was fair and the service was top notch. I Have them on a contract now. Additioanl comments: I had an issue with billing and the company was not very understanding and accomodating. I was sent to collections and tried to work with Edge to resolve issue. I will have to find another vendor now because of the way they handled to situation.

The person who came to my house would not go in the crawl space.

We got stuck in a 2 year contract-- I tried to cancel the services, but was told that I would have to pay a rather steep penalty to discontinue service-- so they are still providing services for us because I'd rather get something for my money rather than just pay a penalty....be aware of their contract details!!!!

I had a wasp problem. They made me sign a 1 year/quarterly contract to spray for them. If wasps returned, they would come back before the next quarter to respray. It never really fixed the problem -- just lessened it. After my 1 year was up, I called to cancel contract. Customer service rep said he couldn't do it. He transferred me to his manager, who badgered me to try to get me to stay. A total nightmare. Also, I once forgot to unlock back gate on one of my quarterly sprays. This company is all about profit. They have no customer service at all. Just a call center. And when I tried to cancel out of dissatisfaction, they still charged me for another treatment they didn't complete. Still have moths, wasps, ants, mice and rabbits after purportedly six services!

I had to have them do the initial service twice. The 1st tech offended us by his unprofessionalism and he did a poor excuse for service. The second techs service was better but still a little rude. It has been almost 3 weeks and we are still seeing bug.

When the service started I asked for a hard copy of my contract. It was never sent. When I first contacted edge pest-control, they told me that there would be three visits and if I terminated the contract before those three visits, I would have to pay a penalty.There was absolutely nothing in the contract that stated anything regarding extended sessions. Horrible experience. The past two appointments have been NO CALL NO SHOWS. Both times that I spoke to someone afterwards they told me something different from the previous person. Telling me that both times, someone in the office lied about what they were going to do. Awful. When they do show up, they do decent work, though.
