Just had my ADT security system installed by Safe Haven Security. Jonathan Thomas was my installer and he did a fantastic job. There were issues with my wiring and location of the unit, yet Jonathan worked diligently to solve the problem. He was courteous and personable and explained the system to me until all of my questions were answered and I understood everything.

Jonathan Thomas is awesome. He arrived early on a Saturday . talked about the system, what it can do. Gave him the go ahead and he completed the job in a timely manner. When one of my sensors broke he was there to replace it as soon as he could. Me and the wife are satisfied with his willingness to fulfill our needs.
