I just wanted to give a good review on the technician who installed our system. Timothy Champagne went above and beyond. He explained everything as many times as we needed. He was very genuine, and seemed to genuinely care about our family's safety. I will be requesting him for any and all ADT related things. I cant rave enough about how great of an employee he is, and how great of a person he is
I want to take a moment and let Safe Haven Security, ADT know just how fortunate they are to have Neil Lewis as Manager with the agent referral program. I was contacted by another representative earlier this year and he offered the agent incentive to me if my client purchased and activated a security system with them.
