Our tech was Jonathan Thomas. His service was excellent! He took time to explain to us what was going on every step of the way and gave us recommendations on the type of service we should get. At the end he had us feeling comfortable with our decision and safe in our home with the new security system. He was very friendly and made sure ALL our questions were answered. I definitely recommend Jonathan if you are having ANY ADT work done.

I just had my ADT system installed by Johnathan Thomas, he did an excellent job. He has a vast knowledge of the system and was able to answer all my questions. He did a professional clean install and was very polite and courteous.

There were issues with my wiring and location of the unit, yet Jonathan worked diligently to solve the problem. He was courteous and personable and explained the system to me until all of my questions were answered and I understood everything.

My technician Jonathan T. is a very well qualify technician who knows what hes doing. Did his job well in a timely fashion. Gets the job done and have everything fully function in a certain time.

Jonathan Thomas is awesome. He arrived early on a Saturday . talked about the system, what it can do. Gave him the go ahead and he completed the job in a timely manner. When one of my sensors broke he was there to replace it as soon as he could. Me and the wife are satisfied with his willingness to fulfill our needs.
