I lived her for 5 years and enjoyed it greatly. I finally moved to buy a house. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a luxury apartment to check this place out. Tracy in the office is great and helped me with any needs I had!! I will miss this place.

Love it! I was nervous about living in an apartment complex as we had owned our own home. It has been great! My husband loves that he doesnt have to fix things and pay for repair expenses all the time. I love the quiet and modern amenities. I work out in the state of the art gym regularly. I have friends over, and they all say how nice our place is! In addition the school is top notch. Way better than southern CA even though we were in an affluent area. All around great place.
Although parking was a bit of a challenge especially considering I owned a truck that couldn't practically fit into my assigned space; only when others were not parked next to me. I was not actually ready to leave Sage Luxury Apartments. Love love love our apartments!!! Everything in the apartment itself was brand new, the staff is amazing and friendly and i love our neighbors. they are super dog friendly as well!
I moved in here early winter and have been very pleased with how smoothly my move in process was. The office staff (Tracy the manager was so sweet from day 1) was very attentive and the maintenance crew (the new lady Michelle is lovely and Matt is very nice too) have been helpful with my questions. I have had no problems here (clean, quiet, friendly neighbors, etc). My fiancé and I have been here for a while now and we adore this place! I'm a little surprised about the bad reviews. Although, I don't expect anyone to be kissing my ass. The management gets pretty busy so when I have any questions or paperwork to turn in, I will usually wait in the lobby. Come on guys, give em' a break. These apartments are definitely a nice place. Very peaceful environment, I love the pool, gym, and other amenities offered. I recommend to anyone who wants a nice quiet place. The management is friendly and always willing to help. Also has a massage therapist who comes in. I love that it is away from all the craziness in the city but also close enough. Gated community and again the pool area is the best!!

its ok here wish ut was cleaner an took better care of their ppols and pool temperature and people with animals aka dogs n cats seem to not notice wen they stop and let them do their business ...... just pick up after your dogs crap theres a green bag like ever 5 feet c'mon disgusting but I guess people seem to like the dirty stuff around them
It seems some of these reviews people are being a bit over exaggerated& unfair. In my opinion if you choose the right options- and when renting you can choose- it can be exactly what you're looking for. Such as people saying bugs? Maybe if you are worried about that then rent on the second or third floor. That's what I did and I had no issues. Bugs are a fact of life here in AZ!
