We second Jonny M.'s review, none of it was embellished or untrue. We were never treated well except for the first day when they were trying to sell the apartment. We consistently had neighbors with barking dogs, the parking is terrible and we just received a letter saying we owed them a "debt" paid by cashier check to replace the carpet, personal checks would not be accepted, and if not paid within 14 days we would be reported to a collections agency. Ever hear of getting sucked in? Sage management is adept at using the nice floor plans, pricing, and allowance of ANY dog into the premises to suck you in... yes even pit bills (I by no means discriminate personally against pit bulls, but I'm just saying that Sage doesn't exactly adhere to their own policies on some issues). 1. Parking spaces are very tight 2. Parking for your guests are VERY limited (as in their are no parking spaces for your guests). 3. If you have children, their are NO places for them to play unless they play in the street 4. STAFF: they act nice when you sign the lease but after the fact they are very rude and disrespectful. 5. The hall ways are full of insects from lack of pest control 6. Work orders take WAY-TO-Long to be completed 7. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1. The walls/floor are so poorly constructed that I could hear the guy above me snoring at night and I could hear conversations (normal talking level) of the people next to me. 2. There is dog poop everywhere; don't be fooled by the rocks. It smells like dog poop by the pool and around the sidewalks. 3. The office staff is awful. This is not the place for you... Several things about this place stick out, management, gym hours, location(only one way in one way out, north bound access road from Jomax) The good, Its newer, pool area is nice, gym is nice if you can get in, floor plan is pretty spacious... But for me overall, not happy with the management seems like they try to nickle and dime yeah, get miss-communication a lot, miss-manage paperwork not very professional. The apartments are great, the pools are nice, the gym rocks, the grills are sweet, they are awesome with pets...steller place right...5 stars until you talk to the management office, or try to pay your rent. Rude, accusatory, and just plain uncomfortable to be around. Not all of them just the one. Quick to point the finger and slow to apologize for it. Will NOT be renewing my lease, even though moving is a pain in the bum.
