Our waitress was terrible. Would not check on us. We had to ask yo get our table cleared.
Beautiful restaurant - especially the decor and set up. I made a reservation for my birthday and the reservation said that it would be for a booth. When we arrived, we were sat at a bar table with high seats and told that the restaurant overbooked and if someone moved we could have their booth. Not ideal but ok - it happens. The evening started off fine, we were sat quickly after our arrival. The server was over shortly and took our order for drinks and a couple starter dishes. The food was good and we wanted to order more, but the server was no where to be found for at least 20 minutes. We talked to another server who said she would be right back over to put some more food in, but then she never came back either. We eventually had to get the host to find our server and then left immediately. Won't be back.
I typically don’t write bad reviews, but this experience warrants it. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting for service for 15 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. When I approached the bartender to ask for assistance with our reservation, I was told, “Just take a table, dude.” Once seated, knowing the restaurant closed around 9 PM, we promptly ordered our drinks and meals—four drinks and four main courses. Our server was excellent, but we had an issue with the host stand. A host or server came to our table to tell us we had reached an undisclosed 90 minute time limit at our table. Unfortunately for the staff, we had been seated for about 60 minutes and were still ordering food and drinks. So, we were fairly outraged. Unfortunately not a good experience. Slow service, appetizers were good but salmon entree was raw , truffle fries did not taste like truffles and the sauce on the side did not compliment the fries. The menu was very limited so not much to explore and the limited options were expensive and didn’t impress.
Poor service hostess didn’t even walk us to Our table just told us is the 4th one. We had to chase our server down to order anything Ang for our check . Over rated spot more or influencers of the wild .
Food was No good. And half the menu was unavailable
Terrible service. Amazing Brussel Sprouts. All the other food was just ok. Music and venue is amazing!!!!
