Food was pretty good, ambiance was great, only negative is 4 entrees to choose from. I can understand a condensed menu but maybe offer 7-8 things. A cool place to visit though for drinks which run about $17
We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Sago! Natalie, our server/hostess went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She politely let us know that their menu was being revamped, and pointed out some of her favorite items. Our food came out timely, and it was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Chef visiting our table and suggesting the roasted chicken. It was amazing!! Their cocktail menu is on point as well! We'll definitely be back! Sago's entire vibe is worth a visit.
Sago was such a great experience! Their customer service is on point! The manager Joey is super sweet and constantly checking in with tables to ensure everything if great and it was! We tried cocktail no.8& 9 they were sooooo good! The ambiance is amazing as well, such a beautiful place to have yummy food and great cocktails, definitely coming back!
I wanted to Iove! It has such a cool vibe….but it feels like a mismatch. The food music and atmosphere don’t flow together
Definitely the best drinks in Encinitas… really good service. Food menu it’s not the best but okay if you’re looking for drinking
Natalie is the best! She was very attentive and made sure to check in the perfect amount. Drinks were great too
Limited menu, but everything we tried was great. Reservation at 7:15 and it was already extremely loud. Great loungey vibe with DJ, but I would expect the volume to be a little lower earlier in the evening. Great for a night out, but not intimate catch up with friends
Had a great time - happy that I didn't let some of these bad reviews deter us from going because, they're wrong. Went on a Saturday night and there wasn't a time limit or pressure to leave the table (party of 5). Out main server was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick on feet - we had 3 total staff waiting on us making sure that we were happy. Zero basic restaurant standard type service offered here. Good spot for drinks ONLY. Awesome ambiance. Maybe even just sit at the bar. Do not expect good service. Not even decent service.
