I have shopped this store for several years and they always go out of their way to help. I have purchased several guitars from them and I almost felt sorry for the salesman as I wanted to see what the guitar felt unplugged just to concentrate on the feel, then try the other one I was interested in both plugged and unplugged. He simply brought me the guitars as I requested. I have always felt like part of a family when I entered the store. and as far as I am concerned they are like family.
