I purchase a drum pad and drumsticks on this day and a keyboard piano the representatives were male workers and they were extraordinary and very patient with me I got the best piano for the best deal without being taken advantage of and I was even issued a pair of drumsticks on the house which was a great beautiful customer service retention.
I keep coming back and purchasing product at this Sam Ash because employee turnover is seemingly low, the employees that are there are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I am a music educator and purchase many books from Sam Ash rather than amazon or sheet music plus, etc. I am saddened to see the educator discount reduced.
Had to wait around for quite awhile at the service counter before someone came out and helped me. Person that helped me gave a very good deal on the equipment I purchased.
Great no pressure customer service on buying a new guitar.
I never feel unwelcome when I walk into Sam Ash.
Although the Sam Ash location is further than other such businesses (Guitar Center, etc.), I always choose Sam's first whenever my goal is to add equipment to my inventory. That reason being is because of the deals, and the help/interaction from customer service to help me complete that goal.
The help I received was excellent. Great sales staff.
I’d been in the market for an electric bass guitar and amplifier for a few weeks and went to many different stores on my search. The staff at Sam Ash were by far the friendliest, knowledgeable and most patient. While the other big name store had a slightly larger selection than Sam Ash the staff wouldn’t be bothered by asking me me if I needed assistance. I felt like an invisible man in those other stores.
