Miss Andrea is not only polite and knowledgeable about the store items but she understand our churches needs and tries to find ways to meet our budget. I will always continue to travel 2hrs to sam ash as long as she is there to assist me. I have been going to Sam Ash for over forty years up in New York City and my only wish is that a store would be closer to casa,Tuscon area.

I took my violin into the Sam Ash in Glendale, AZ to use my warranty to either get it repaired or replaced. Jesse Mitchell went above and beyond to help me. He was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. It did take a while to get done what I needed, but that’s because my warranty came from a different city and state.
