Sales staff was present and friendly, but gave me good freedom to try out gear. This was very much appreciated as I don't enjoy hovering sales staff. When I had a question, my salesman Sam was knowledgeable and courteous. When it was time to purchase, it was fast and friendly. After being out of the guitar game for a long time, I'm very happy with my experience at Sam Ash.
I wish I would have gotten his name, however, I will be back again. He was behind the counter at the guitar stringing area and he was very helpful! He strung the guitar I was having prepared for my son to learn on. As he was doing this, he also helped me decide on an amp to buy. I went with the Fender Champion 20.
