Ordered a bass drum head online. They sent me the right box but the wrong drum head inside. Took it to the City of Industry store and they got me hooked up with a new one.
I came in for a trade in on some used equipment. I was treated very respectfully by the staff and settled for a fair price. I was helped by more than eager personnel that assisted me in making choices that were comfortable for me as they explained very clearly the process to order items for pickup / delivery. I will certainly be returning to the store in the near future.

It was my first time going to this shop, and it was recommended by some family friends. Turns out a cousin of mine had also shopped there for her guitar. I had trouble looking for the perfect piano and Ralph came to help and showed me different types and I got hooked on the Medeli keyboard. He offered me all the tools for me to be able to work better with it. All in all great experience and I can’t wait to go and get my equipment to start playing my new instrument.
