Great service ! Very helpful with info on instruments
This was probably the BEST experience I’ve had at a music store. While the other music stores don’t want to help Sam Ash were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Ken in guitars helped me get the guitar I wanted and also worked with me on a trade for said guitar. Even though I am not from the area (300 miles away) it looks like I’ll be going back any time I need something. Thanks Ken and Thanks Sam Ash you will always have my business.
Great customer service. there is always someone helping us in a friendly way. Also my daughter just started taking guitar lessons and teacher is great. definitely our favorite music store.
