in general, be it sam ash in store or on line, sam ash is first choice when shopping for music. the stores vary, all good, plus, our new discovery in city of industry ca., we got sandy(sandman) working drums/excellent customer service along with our man george in guitars. everyone there are customer service oriented...😎🎶
