Good customer service
First time buying a product from the store, my equipment was delivered to my house but FedEx but was stolen from my porch. Called the store and I was taken care of. It is amazing that stores still put the customer first...
This is the place! Having a GC Pro account for so many years, I thought I had it allied covered. That said, Sam Ash has staff that can't be beat. Just really good people that are more concerned about you getting the "Right" thing and not just "Something".

Big selection of guitars, new and used. Nice selection of amps. Sam ash has a bigger variety of effects pedals then their competitors. Can grab a set of strings or picks without asking for an employee to help you because their not behind a counter. Great store to spend some money at.
