Sam is great @ the Ontario Mills California store. It does get a bit crazy and loud on weekends and holidays. Great gear, great prices and easy to order on line and have items shipped to the store. (no worries of people following the UPS truck) Sam Ash is and has been my go 2 for years and years to come.

My 12 year old just needed a guitar pick and the associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast

They are very helpful on everything. From Drum Sticks to Reeds. Yes, I am a big supporter for a local High School Band. When the students ask for something I try to get that item for them. Sam Ash people do their best in trying to have or get that item. They are very helpful.
