I went in to Sam Ash for a ukulele. I'm a beginner and was a little intimidated when we even entered the store. Have you ever been there? It is huge! So much to look at. A helpful woman at the door directed us to the ukulele section, where we met up with Sophia. She did a great job of helping us through the process, matching up what I thought I was looking for with various brands and price points. I purchased a Yamaha electronic piano back in June. My total experience was wonderful. I went in, told the salesman what I wanted, and he gave me exactly what I asked for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. To say the least, I was a very satisfied customer!

My husband and I made a visit to Sam Ash. We were greeted by friendly staff. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ian Kellogg took care of my husband.
