I went in to Sam Ash for a ukulele. I'm a beginner and was a little intimidated when we even entered the store. Have you ever been there? It is huge! So much to look at. A helpful woman at the door directed us to the ukulele section, where we met up with Sophia. She did a great job of helping us through the process, matching up what I thought I was looking for with various brands and price points.
