Your sales person Chris in Guitars was very helpful in finding the guitar I wanted and answering all of my questions about it.
I shopped at Cleareater on Sunday and reqiested assistance with a complex problem. A manager named Danny resolbed it quickly and professionally. I have been going thete since 2001 and as an older professional musician am very pleased with the quality of management.
We were looking for a karaoke machine and Walmart employee recommended us to Sam Ash. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in to the store on McMullen Booth . I was not looking to spend a lot of money on a guitar and not once did I feel any pressure from my sales guy to up my budget he showed me the guitars in my price range no hassleno sales pitch I will definitely be back and recommend anyone in the market for an instrumental there

Just the fact that you can trade sell or search and find used gear is the reason I like this family owned company. They do this trade up service in an organised way.
