My husband and I made a visit to Sam Ash. We were greeted by friendly staff. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ian Kellogg took care of my husband. Ian was very patient as my husband tried out various brands.My husband went home with a brand new saxophone and could not be any happier. Thanks Ian for your knowledge and outgoing spirit. Kudos!!!
