I ,purchased a Taylor guitar just over a year ago along with a service plan. I take the guitar back every three months for a check up Sam Ash employes are always friendly and helpful and they do a great job taking care of my guitar.!!
My son plays drums and it's always a fun time going to Sam Ash they always have what we need . As always a friendly and professional staff to answer or questions and give advise . There is so much to look at we could send hours roaming around . Keep up the great work

Was in talking about a guitar I wanted (monterey Stratocaster) and it magically showed up in the store 72 hours later. Not sure how they pulled that off so fast but props to them
