Employees are friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. Good attitudes. Might have to seek help because the store is large and they seem to wander from their departments. You may feel like they have left the store. Good inventory and good location. Oh yeah and reasonable prices and they will take trades.
Eric is an excellent instructor. He's very patient and very good with my 6 year old son. Eric is for sure an asset to your company.

Went in to look for cymbals, and ended up with nice drum kit,staff(Rocky) was very helpful. Thanks for the set.
