Found a great gutiar at a good price and gave me the price i was asking for mine
Great place the people are knowledgeable and went a step beyond being very helpful I lost some user paperwork for my Roland recorder and couldn't get the info to download so a guy named George run it off and had it waiting for me at the front desk I'm very thankful for his help as I was to record someone that night. And I also love the new gadget the rascal pocket recorder I found while looking around again thanks to George for the help and Sam ash is my go to store for all my music needs

I had blown a set of speakers I purchased from there and the representative went above and beyond to get me a new set.
Music is Life to a grand abundance of individuals. It's very different than shopping for what covers the body than what feeds the soul. I believe the requirement of these individuals should be to have a more wide range of knowledge in different departments and develop the passion for each item you supply. It's not an overnite process but can be obtained with cross training and shadowing.
