For many years Sam Ash has been a superior source of quality for much of my musical instrument & audio equipment inventory. Even their repair shop techs and service are very efficient and fairly priced.
I have used Sam Ash as my source for purchasing equipment since 1964. I have been there through store openings and different staff at the helm and the professionalism and knowledge of each generation is high throughout the years.

Fast shipment and excellent customer service. Beautiful guitar which plays and sounds great. This Taylor 210CE Koa Deluxe plays and sounds every bit as good as a higher priced Taylor I purchased years ago. Good bang for your buck!
My parents bought me my first instrument in the Huntington, NY store in 1970. In the ensuing years I've made many purchases there - guitars, basses, keyboards, percussion, effects, amps, PA gear, strings, accessories and anything else you can think of. Over that time I've only had what I would consider one significant problem, which store manager Jim Small and Jerry Ash resolved personally. The staff always treats me as a valued customer and the best endorsement I can give is to keep coming back year after year.
