Taylor is always so friendly, upbeat, patient, and courteous every time we greet each other! She gave me a lot of insight to help me select the piano books that I needed today! She kept coming back to converse with me to answer all of my questions in the midst of helping others and fulfilling job duties. She really values me as a person, and I know she has the same respect for everyone that needs assistance! She's terrific! 😁
