Sam Ash cleaned my trumpet. It only took five days and it looks and sounds great! All the problems I had with my instrument were addressed and fixed.
Knowlegeable staff, Randy and Mac are awesome......been dealing with Randy for over 10 years. You can't get the same service with guitar center.......would not go anywhere else......

My sales associate, Paul, was awesome. He was very helpful in finding just the right keyboard for me, the right accessories, etc. And in reference to physical limitations that I have he carried all the gear out to my car for me. Very positive experience.
Jeff who works in the acoustic guitar room is hands down the most knowledgeable Talor guitar person in the City and I'm willing to say entire State. Worth your time to visit. Always something interesting to see and they have great selections of both new and used gear. This may be a big box store but the acoustic guitar area feels like a your hometown music store when Jeff is there.
