I probably drove 300 miles looking for a Eastman 06 OM because the guitar salesman a Jacksons' Music dropped the ball, 1. He had one in stock, but didn't know it 2. Didn't call me back to give me info about said guitar. after I went to the store, I saw it on the rack, tried it, didn't like it. at that point I wouldn't buy it even a a steep discount. I have bought a lot of equipment from the Sam Ash store in Charlotte. The staff are far supetior to the people at Guitar Center -- more knowledgeable and no pressure. They will work with you and if you want to be left alone to try out an amp or guitar they can do that too. I am comfortable at Sam Ash and have got some great deals on used gear. Recommended.
I had a great experience in the store this past Saturday!!! Purchased a BRAND NEW "Fender P" Bass and several other related items. Randy Garrett was very friendly and professional. The Manager, Larry, was also very helpful, friendly, and professional. :)
