Service dept personal are excellent!
Sales person Jordan, was his name. Excellant knowledge of product,very helpful in helping me use it as instructions are.notbas deep in hands on service as his personal efforts. I have purchased form sam ash for years.Its right by my work and i am a part time gigging musician. My recommendations tonSam Ash would be to price items as most retailers list...Musicians Friend, Sweetwater, zzounds..etc. Not really this sale but guitar strings and cables are marked up almost 50% , google is pretty simple.
My daughter is 7 years old. A couple months ago we bought her first guitar. Randy at the Charlotte location sat down with her and explained a few things to help her and answered all of her questions. This past weekend we bought her a new Taylor 3/4 Baby guitar and Jesse helped her then. He was also great. The people at the location are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend everyone take the time to visit this location first before any other music store.
Everything is reasonable and they have a helpful and courteous staff.
As always we hit every part of the store because we are involved with everything except drums. Jeff in the acoustic guitar room is always very helpful and shares his extensive knowledge with us.
I always find well informed sales persons who are ready to share relevant information without talking down to the customer. I feel respected as a fellow player.
Always a pleasant experience. I drive 1 hr to visit your store, and pass right by guitar center which is only 30 min away.......They do not have the staff you guys have......Randy in the greatest!!! Always willing to do whatever is needed to keep me coming back.......Will always be my favorite music store........been a customer there for almost 15 yrs.
