Great store I always find the items fast customer service is great.
Employees here are always courteous and willling to help and educate. They have a wide array of products for ALL musicians. I love going here and spending time looking around.
Their luthier, Andy, is awesome! Got my Mustang Bass to stop putting out ANY electronic noise through decent cables. Basically, he got the noise down to almost nothing with cheap cables, and once switching to a better grade of cable - silent. I'm bringing everything to him from now on.
Andy's repair of my vintage Guild 12 string was very good!

Sam Ash in Charlotte is my go-to store if I need serious equipment. Its a bit of a drive from Burke County but worth every mile (and the traffic.) Great selection on hand and the friendly knowledgeable staff is just icing on the cake.
