Excellent and immediate recognition when I walked in as a customer. When I stated what I was looking for, several options were suggested, then set up to try. Don't let the appearance fool you, as the Guitar Dept. Manager could comp Jazz as well as Classic Rock and Finger Tapping. I'll visit them again when I'm in town!

Have bought several items from this store over the years and have always received great service. Latest acquisition was an American Spec Telecaster bought yesterday, and wow was it setup nice. These guys know what they're and they don't just treat you like a potential buck. They will always pretty much match or beat a price which is important to the musician on a budget. Two thumbs up.
