Stopped in to the Morse Rd Columbus, Ohio store for some of my favorite picks. First of all Sam Ash is the only place I have found picks like this. That alone deserves a 5 star rating. They did not have the thickness I needed in stock. BUT, they had some at the warehouse. Instead of having them shipped to the store and asking me to come back and get them, they asked me for my address! Within 4 days those picks were at my front door!! If I were to sum it up in only a few words; they're honest, friendly, competent, and helpful. I probably had the best service or experience of any music store with them. Beginner or expert, I'm certain that they'll be able to help you in any capacity needed. Additionally, they do have an instrument repair section. Though they were overloaded with orders from and for the holiday season, it's clear that not only is their service is in high demand, but they do a dang good job at it too. I ordered a Ukulele online for my daughter for Christmas. When I ordered it I didn't realize it was a backordered item. When I did, I called to find out when it would be back in stock (hoping before Christmas). There wasn't really a for sure date when they would be back in stock.
