guitar setup: looks an sounds great punctuality: dropped off on a Monday told it would be done tomorrow, ended up getting it back on Saturday because the setup guy was off until then. if that was th case I would have brought it in Friday and jammed until. no biggie

The whole vibe and attitude of the store and staff improved 100% when Jim Agnello became store manager. I now actually spend more time and money here than I do at Guitar Center.
