Unlike another chain I'm thinking of, Sam Ash is there for musicians. They don't insult your intelligence by trying to talk you into buying things you don't need.
Excellent selection of guitars but the customer service was lacking. They were helpful when asked but didn't feel like anyone cared if we were there or not.
