Sam was available anytime I needed him and he made sure he explained everything in a way I would understand! He was with me every step of the way and I never felt unprepared or alone. Sam made sure I had the best deal and that everything was in my best interest. Sam even made himself available to speak on 3 way with my TSP company to figure out what was needed for me to receive my residential loan approval. He was with me every step of the way.
