If there was a way to rate Sam over a 10, I absolutely would! Sam was amazing to work with. Sam was always available by phone, email or at appointments and did not seem to mind answering all of my questions. His team was great too! so happy to work with him, will definitely be customers for life! Best of all he is very HONEST!!!!
The Team took great care of me. I used them over my Credit Union due to a shorter escrow time. I was a first time home buyer and I needed a lot of hand-holding and had many questions. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions (even when it was something outside of their business). He even drove to my old apartment to help me sort through the information he needed to gather! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.
I am not sure where to start, but Sam has been nothing but extraordinary. Everything about the process was smooth and simple. He explained everything, and was always there whevery I had any questions or doubts. He helped me understand every step and what I was getting into. Sam has done loans for every one in my family now and I would do it with hI'm again without thinking twice. If you are looking for someone who cares, honest, and cares about you and your transaction, he is definitely your man, you won't regret it.

Sam was very thorough in explaining the process of obtaining the loan, including the many forms that had to be signed; and better yet, why they needed to be signed. In addition, he was great at keeping in communication both verbally and through email. I would recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a loan. He is professional, competent, and very willing to go the extra mile to close the loan on time.
