This was my first time buying a home and I could not have done it without Sam's help. He was able to explain each step in a way that was not overwhelming. Anytime I had a question I could call/email/text him and he would respond promptly. It was very comforting knowing that Sam had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him!

Getting your first mortgage is daunting. Sam made it easy. He took our information by phone in 15 minutes, and from there, we were off to the races. He recommended a few things to help us get the best rate. He also set clear expectations of the process and documentation needed. He made sure we weren't surprised by any costs at closing, which I have heard is a challenge my friends have had with other lenders. I highly recommend Sam because of his expertise, responsiveness, and overall positive demeanor.

Sam was excellent! A true professional, and he got the job done! He closed my loan in 27 days and got me out of my rental right on time! He is very knowledgable about the different loan products out there and he helped me get the absolute best loan for my needs! I definitely recommend him for any buyer, especially other first-time buyers!

Sam was extremely helpful and always great for follow up. He constantly kept us in the loop. Even when there was nothing to update he would call in just to check up and let us know. By far the most consistent mortgage we've ever dealt with. Thank you Sam!
