Sam was very help, especially when answering the hypothetical questions. He has a quick response time and even answers text via text! I would definitely use Sam again in the future/

Sam was THE best. He is an excellent communicator, extremely responsive and got me a great rate. I'm busy working most of the day so I send a lot of emails. Sam always responded the same day (usually within minutes) with the exact answer I was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and walked me through everything then executed flawlessly. I signed most of my paperwork on my phone electronically. I highly recommend Sam.

I can not think of one thing Sam didn't do that I wish he would have.He was professional and knowledgeable, everything you would hope for but sometimes do not receive. I absolutely will use Sam's services in the future. Thanks for everything.

I've refinanced my mortgage a few times and my experience with Sam was by far the easiest. Sam was always responsive to my calls and emails and was very knowledgeable. He worked with me to get the best rate possible. His applications were all able to be completed online or via email and I only had to show up at his office for about an hour to sign my final documents. Sam followed up with me after my loan application was complete and really had a vested interest in the success of my refinance process from start to finish.
