We were given Sam's name from a realtor and were very happy with his service. We moved from California so that paperwork seemed tricky at first, but he was always willing to answer questions. He was super friendly and easy to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone! Our interest rate was rising by the minute due to the election, but he called us ASAP and had us lock in what we could. Great lender!
