Sam is not only knowledgable and thorough, but he is also friendly. Because of Sam, this experience, which could have been stressful, was much more comfortable. Sam took the time to explain all aspects of the loan process, and I was always confident we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend Sam Reagan.

Sam was great to work with! I talked with several banks and am glad I decided to work with a local bank. I got a great rate, but more importantly Sam and his assistant Annie made the process very easy. The entire process took less than two weeks. I would recommend Sam and Community Home Lending to anyone looking for a quick and easy loan. The experience was great!

I refinanced two loans with Sam and he was very quick to get things done and knew his stuff. The conpany website also mace it easy to submit paperwork. Definitely will use in the future.

Sam and his team were great to work with!! My Husband was too busy to 'shop around' for the best rates so it was my task to do the shopping and compare lenders. I applied on Lending Tree and several lenders/brokers began calling. I I went with my instinct and narrowed down to 3 with Sam being the front runner. Sam was very helpful, easy to talk to, asked me questionsto better understand our needs/wants. I would definitely recommend and use themagain! Thanks Sam and Annie!
